Took a mental health day yesterday from school. Feeling crushed, overwhelmed, undercreative, unproductive, and just plain blah. Despite taking yesterday off from classes, I woke up feeling even worse then yesterday. Sad and full body blah. No idea why.
Stayed busy today. Went to the pool. Wasn't a great swim, but it was a swim, and that's what matters.
Hoping tomorrow is mo' better.
