I just finished updating my fitness blog, In Search of Awesome with a post about what a slacker I've been since the holidays.  The new post is called Mindfulness is where’s it at, yo, so you might want to scoot on over and check that out. The gist of the post is this: Be mindful. Think about what you stuff in your mouth. It will affect the rest of your day and, quite possibly, your tomorrow.
